Major Accomplishments & Expertise:
- Introduced mediation to the Realtor organization, and later helped expand
this into the National Realtor Dispute Resolution System. - Visionary in coordinating the development of the first ever computerized
property and tax records system. - Visionary, with others, in creating the first Regional Reciprocal MLS in
Southeast Florida. - Facilitated the implementation of program budgeting for the South Carolina
Association of Realtors, and speaker on this issue. - An experienced speaker on real estate antitrust issues and risk reduction
for Realtors. - Motivational speaker on a wide range of issues including 'coping with
change', political involvement & being the best you can be.
