leading Realtor associations through periods of dramatic change,
market downturns and subsequent growth.

  • Lives in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, Sallie

  • Named Honorary Dean of AEs by the 2006 NAR Leadership Team

  • Served as the EVP of the Realtor Assoc. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, then
  • Served as the CEO of the South Carolina Assoc. of Realtors before moving
    into consulting
Major Accomplishments & Expertise:
  • Introduced mediation to the Realtor organization, and later helped
    expand this into the National Realtor Dispute Resolution System.
  • Visionary in coordinating the development of the first ever
    computerized property and tax records system.
  • Visionary, with others, in creating the first Regional Reciprocal MLS
    in Southeast Florida.
  • Facilitated the implementation of program budgeting for the South
    Carolina Association of Realtors, and speaker on this issue.
  • An experienced speaker on real estate antitrust issues and risk
    reduction for Realtors.
  • Motivational speaker on a wide range of issues including 'coping
    with change', political involvement & being the best you can be.
